We just stopped for lunch at a nice little park in Bakersfield, CA. It used to be along a river, but the water is all dried up. Sad. The Robins were out, as were little prarie dogs. After lunch of chicken salad and Greek salad, we did a walk with the doggies. A pit stop, a fresh chocloate cookie, and we're back on the road.
